The house
Who this house is
The Malian Authority for the Regulation of Telecommunications, ICT and Posts (AMRTP) is the independent administrative authority for the sector: spectrum, licences, quality of service, the national .ml domain, postal services. Seat in ACI 2000, Hamdallaye, Bamako. It oversees operators — Orange Mali, Moov Africa Malitel, Telecel Mali, Afribone — and works with ITU, ECOWAS and UEMOA.
AMRTP regulates digital Mali. AVITWEB collaborates on the lots that hold the house: networks, premises security, fit-out, audiovisual and e-service tools — in the same ACI 2000 district.

AVITWEB’s role
What AVITWEB holds on site
Regulate, connect, innovate: AMRTP’s mission is not a shopfront slogan. The Authority plans spectrum, processes licences, monitors Internet quality of service, oversees .ml and the postal sector. It receives operators, citizens and companies — complaints, homologations, calls for interest, national cybersecurity days.
An independent authority needs a site that matches it: clean networks, untheatrical reception security, rooms where people can deliberate, a digital layer for e-services. AVITWEB, based in the same Hamdallaye ACI 2000, collaborates on those trades. Fibre and ToIP. Access control and video protection of the premises. Fit-out of working and reception spaces. Session and communication audiovisual. Operating tools and institutional presence — always as support to the technical lots, never as a decorative agency.
We publish neither sensitive architecture nor security instructions. We publish the fact of the collaboration, and the respect owed to the institution that holds Mali’s telecom market.
